1. Who we are
Klienta (“Klienta”, “we”, “us”) provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at klienta.co that lets advertisers and agencies manage their own Google Ads accounts through AI chat clients such as Claude or Cursor. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the service, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how you can delete it.

2. Google user data and Limited Use
Klienta’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain terms, this means:
- We use Google Ads data only to provide the features you ask for — reporting on and managing your own Google Ads account from your chat client.
- We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising of our own, or use it to build profiles unrelated to the service.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the service you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
- We do not use Google user data to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
- Humans at Klienta do not read your Google user data, unless (a) you give explicit consent (for example, a support request), (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or (c) it is required to comply with applicable law.
3. What data we collect and why
When you connect your Google Ads account to Klienta via Google sign-in (OAuth), we request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope. We collect the minimum needed to operate the service:

We never collect or store your Google password. Sign-in happens entirely on Google’s own pages.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent any personal data or Google user data.
- We do not show ads in our service and do not use your data for advertising purposes of our own.
- We do not make changes to your Google Ads account on our own initiative — the service only acts on instructions you send through your chat client.
5. How we protect your data
- Encryption at rest: OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database.
- Encryption in transit: all traffic between your chat client, Klienta, and Google runs over TLS (HTTPS).
- OAuth 2.1: authorization between your chat client and Klienta uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; access to Google Ads uses Google’s official OAuth flow with scoped, revocable tokens.
- Access control: each user’s tokens are used only for that user’s own requests; accounts are never shared or pooled.
6. Data retention and deletion
- OAuth tokens are kept only while your account connection is active. Expired authorization records are deleted automatically by a scheduled cleanup job.
- Disconnecting: if you revoke Klienta’s access from your Google Account permissions page, our stored tokens become unusable, and we delete them.
- Deletion on request: email rageagencyco@gmail.com from the address associated with your connection and we will delete all data linked to you — including tokens, identifiers, and connection records — within 30 days, and confirm when done.
- Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted.
7. Third-party services
To provide the service, your requests are processed by:
- Google Ads API — to read and manage your Google Ads account at your instruction, under Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Your AI chat client (for example Claude or Cursor) — Klienta returns the data you request to the client you connected from. The client’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
We use no analytics trackers and no advertising cookies on this website.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email rageagencyco@gmail.com. You can also revoke Klienta’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
9. Children
Klienta is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify connected users by email before the changes take effect.
