Terms of Service

1. The service
Klienta (“Klienta”, “we”, “us”) provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server at klienta.co that lets you manage your own Google Ads account through AI chat clients such as Claude or Cursor. By adding Klienta to a chat client or connecting a Google Ads account, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and authorization
- You may only connect Google Ads accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You authorize Klienta to call the Google Ads API on your behalf, solely to carry out the requests you send from your chat client.
- You can revoke this authorization at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the instructions you send and for the changes they make to your Google Ads account, including campaign spend. Review changes before approving them.
- You must comply with Google Ads policies and all applicable laws in the campaigns you run.
- You must not use Klienta to access accounts without authorization, to circumvent Google Ads policies or API terms, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
4. Privacy
Our handling of your data, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or these terms, at any time; material changes to these terms will be reflected by the date above.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klienta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or advertising spend, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by removing the MCP server from your chat client and revoking access from your Google account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or threatens the security of the service. Upon termination, your stored tokens and connection data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third parties
Klienta is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. Your use of Google Ads remains subject to Google’s own terms and policies, and your use of an AI chat client remains subject to that client’s terms.
