Adalysis Alternatives
Adalysis is a testing-and-alerts tool wearing a management-tool coat. Its A/B testing with proper significance maths and its long list of automated account checks are the reasons to use it — and the reasons a replacement has to be chosen carefully, because most alternatives cover one half and ignore the other.
Disclosure: we build Klienta, one of the tools below. Where Adalysis is better, we say so. Verify pricing on each vendor's own site.
Split the job before you shop
Adalysis really does three separate things. Very few alternatives do all three, so decide which you actually need:
| Job | Best replacements |
|---|---|
| Ad / RSA A/B testing with significance | Google Ads experiments, Optmyzr |
| Automated account checks and alerts | Optmyzr, Opteo, Klienta, Google Ads Scripts |
| Audit reporting for clients | Optmyzr, Klienta rendered reports |
1. Google Ads experiments
Native, free, and the only method that splits traffic properly at the auction level rather than inferring from historical data. Slower to set up and reports on campaigns rather than individual ads.
Choose it if you want statistically clean tests of a real change. Skip it if you need per-ad testing across dozens of ad groups at once.
2. Optmyzr
The broadest overlap: it covers testing, checks, alerts and reporting, plus rule engines Adalysis does not have. Costs more and asks for more setup.
Choose it if you want one suite for everything. Skip it if you only ever opened Adalysis for the alerts. Details in Optmyzr alternatives.
3. Opteo
Lighter, recommendation-queue shaped, with solid alerting. Weaker on formal ad testing.
Choose it if you want fewer, clearer decisions each week. Skip it if testing rigour is the point. See Opteo alternatives.
4. AI chat with an MCP connection (Klienta)
Adalysis's checks are a fixed list, written in advance. An AI client connected through an MCP server runs whatever check you can describe, including ones nobody thought to build a widget for.
Examples that map onto Adalysis work:
- "Which ad groups have only one RSA, and which have RSAs with fewer than 8 headlines?"
- "Show every ad with 500+ impressions where CTR is below half the ad group average."
- "Audit conversion tracking — which actions have not fired in 30 days while campaigns still optimize toward them?"
- "Set up an experiment for the change you just recommended, and show me the arms before scheduling it."
What it does not do is watch the account while you sleep and email you at 6am. Chat is pull, not push — a real difference from Adalysis.
Choose it if you want unlimited ad-hoc checks and Meta coverage on the same connection. Skip it if scheduled unattended monitoring is the feature you are paying for.
5. Google Ads Scripts
Free and genuinely capable for alerting: a scheduled script can email you when spend spikes, conversions stop, or an ad is disapproved. You write the rules, which is both the cost and the point.
When to stay with Adalysis
- Ad testing across a large account is a core part of your process and you rely on its significance calculations.
- You want checks running on a schedule with alerts pushed to you.
- Your team's audit deliverable is built on its reports.
